THE LINE, a documentary film project by the URV Housing Chair
The facilities of the Palau Firal i de Congressos de Tarragona have once again become a recording set. This time it's about THE LINE, a feature-length documentary project produced by the URV Department of Housing and dealing with the phenomenon of the homeless (sin Techo).
The interviewee is Dr. Padraic Kenna, PhD from the National University of Ireland. He has examined international human rights and the Housing Law. In addition, Dr. Kenna, together with other experts in the Right to Housing, established the FEANTSA Group in 2004 from which it monitors the scope and nature of homelessness in Europe, and the formulation of national and local homeless policies. in the framework of the European Commission's strategy on social protection and inclusion.
