The Palau Firal i de Congressos de Tarragona has been chosen to carry out the XXV Congress of Primary Care on 5 and 6 November. More than 300 professionals will fill the Eutyches auditorium and 5 parallel rooms to carry out two intense days of debate, learning and sharing of the most relevant topics in the sector.

Precisely in the counties of Tarragona, the Catalan Society of Family and Community Medicine (CAMFiC) carries out an important activity, based especially on the continuous training of Primary Care professionals. In addition, there are many family doctors in the area who are part of one of the Society's 45 working groups, which specialize in different thematic areas.

It currently has more than 4000 members and 45 working groups.
The purpose of CAMFiC is to achieve the excellence of Primary Care in Catalonia through these strategies: To promote and encourage the principles of Primary Health Care, the advancement and progress of the specialty of Family Medicine and Community (MFiC) and through organizing professional, training and research activities.
