THE CASA DEL FOLLET TURTLE AT THE CONGRESS PALACE
Ball Drac marked several generations. Fans of the series they watched as a child and grew up with will enjoy this new edition of Starraco Unlimited with an exhibition dedicated to drawings and a big surprise come true: the turtle elf house almost real size.
The construction was done by Anna Jansà and Julio Mestre from Tarragona with recycled materials and completely by hand. A craft construction with which they have worked with great care and dedication for months. The Kame House on display at the Palacio de Congresos, which will be one of Starraco Unlimited's most spectacular attractions, measures more than 3m high and has been built with exceptional fidelity to the cartoon house.
Ivan Carrasco, director of the event and head of content, wanted to emphasize that these it is a fun but at the same time sustainable and socially conscious event. That’s why the star building, the Kame House, has been sustainably crafted, replenishing materials. He also highlighted the most supportive part of Starraco Unlimited, a space where there is room for charitable associations such as: Todos en Azul, CCAR, San Filippo BCN, Si Jo Puc Tu también and AFANOC TGN,
A weekend designed for all fans and nostalgic, especially the 80s / 90s in which they lived a childhood that has been recorded. It is also a family event where the kids will chat like the parents with activities, workshops and watching live and live many of the characters that appear in the science fiction and fantasy movies and comics.
On the 19th and 20th of February from 10 am to 20 pm you will be able to enjoy all the content created to spend an amazing weekend. Starraco Unlimted occupies all the facilities of the Palacio de Congresos and the fairgrounds (pavilion located in front of the RENFE station). They can be purchased in advance online at intermedia or directly at the box office on the days of the event.
The entrance gives access to the two buildings where we will find: exhibitions, activities and games, workshops, shops, solidarity space, photocalls, artists, specialized tattoo artists, food truck area, laser tag, conferences, exhibitions, cosplay contests, live concerts and many characters.
The organization of Starraco Unlimited and the Palau Firal i de Congressos de Tarragona ensures that this is a safe event, where attendees have only one mission: to enjoy the day and have the best time. For this reason, recommended circuits have been established in order to avoid congestion and preventive measures are being put in place against COVID.
