700 participants, dancers from different parts of Spain, will gather in the city of Tarragona on May 28 and 29 in the first edition of ORBE Catalonia. The Palau de Congressos de Tarragona hosts for the first time this event where we will find different styles: contemporary, Spanish dance, urban dance, jazz, modern, classical dance, among others. The competition arrives in Tarragona after passing through Burgos and Cartagena in 2022.
A weekend where the passion for dance and the constant effort that the participants are making throughout the year will be rewarded when they go on stage. The city of Tarragona will notice an increase in visitors to the streets and shops. Participants, companions and the public will fill the city this last weekend of May.
The competition will start on Saturday at 9.30am and end at around midnight, while on Sunday 28 May it will start at 10am and end at noon.
Among the participating schools in Tarragona are: Second Home Studio, Scénic Dansa, DNA Urban Dance Academy and Alba Folch. Schools from Barcelona, Alicante, Castellón, Girona, Valencia, the Balearic Islands, Navarra, Lleida and Guipúzcoa will also take part in the competition.
Tickets for the event are already on sale in advance through servientradas. They can also be purchased in the same facilities of the Palau de Congressos on the days of the event.
