"TRAVEL ANGELS" THE FAIR AND CONGRESS PALACE OF TARRAGONA
The annual convention of the Consortium of Independent Travel Agencies Niego Servicios will take place in Tarragona on November 21
bre under the motto "How to be a TRAVEL ANGEL". The convention, organized by OcioVital.com, Viajes y Experiencias, will gather in the city of Tarragona about 300 agencies that will analyze where all the elements that a CURRENT Travel Agent must contain converge.
On the morning of Saturday 21 November, as part of this meeting, the new tools that the consortium brings to the agencies for the new year in the form of "Píldoras Niego", presenting its new website and intranet. Next, two presentations will be held that will revolve around the TRAVEL ANGEL concept. The first of the presentations will be given by the former top manager in several multinationals and currently an entrepreneur at www.madridandyou.com, Diego Antoñanzas. Under the title "THE TRAVELER OF THE FUTURE IS HERE 'We know how to conquer!", he will analyze the needs raised by the client. The second lecture will be given by Xesco Espar, former Spanish handball player and coach recognized as one of the most impactful, entertaining and profound speakers, he will show "HOW TO BE AN EXCELLENT TRAVEL ANGEL". The convention of the Consortium of Independent Travel Agencies Niego Servicios will serve as a meeting point for the agencies to seek unified solutions for customer loyalty, as well as tools and resources to manage the marketing and communication of the agency with its client. In addition, the need to provide a value proposition and to differentiate the product by making it to measure will be highlighted.
