The worlds of manga, anime and video games go hand in hand in a fair designed to appeal to fans of all ages. Pokemon, One Piece Kimetsu No Yaiba, Naruto... are some of the best-known examples in anime and manga, and if we talk about video games, the famous Minecraft, League of Legends, Fornite or Tekken will certainly not go unnoticed.
The contents range from karaoke, contests, workshops, j-pop and k-pop exhibitions, cosplay, video game tournaments, shop and artist space, arcades, tattoo area, talks...
A visual and musical event that will not leave the attendees indifferent. The liveliness of the j-pop and k-pop dances will be experienced especially in the pavilion of the fairgrounds, where exhibitions and different masterclasses for the more extroverts have been scheduled throughout the weekend.
A single entrance to enjoy both buildings
Tarraco Manga is a fair that was already born in a large format, occupying the entire facilities of the Tarragona Fair and Congress Hall. This is due to the large amount and variety of content that the fair offers. With the ticket, attendees have access to both the Palau de Congressos building and the exhibition hall.
In the Congress Palace building, which has 4 floors, we will find: exhibitions, fun ARCADE machines, virtual reality, matsuri (traditional Japanese games), two auditoriums where you can watch cosplay contests, attend talks, tournaments and live video game matches, a solidarity space with charitable associations and a large number of artists who will show their particular art.
In the pavilion of the fairgrounds, visitors will find a permanent stage with animation and performances during the two days, photocalls and cosplayers' area, workshops and activities, shops, food trucks, gaming and retrogaming...
A fair with values
Tarraco Manga was born with the purpose of entertaining the public at the same time that it is involved in promoting conciliation, respect, integration and equality of people. It is for this reason that it has the participation of Punt Lila, the H2O Association and also has a free babysitting point (TempsxCures) offered by Tarragona City Council.
The fair also has a space reserved for charitable and non-profit associations, where Si Jo Puc tu També, San Filippo Barcelona and Aspercamp, among others, will participate.
Tickets are on sale online in advance on the portal entradium.com, which allows attendees to buy the ticket with a €1 discount. On the other hand, tickets can also be bought on the same days of the fair at any of the two ticket offices located at the entrance to each of the buildings. The ticket price at the box office is €10/adult, €7 junior ticket (from 8 to 16 years) and with free access for children from 0 to 7 years.
