Sunday, April 17 arrives for the first time DANCE in Tarragona, a great showcase for the different dance schools, associations, gyms etc. of the area as during the show they will show off the performances of their students and the demonstrations of what they are doing in their facilities. For participants in the event, Fes Dance is the time to teach the public their skills and make them enjoy their performances. The essence of Fes Dance is exhibition, fun and passion for dance and it is not competitive. Among the many styles that will be represented are: street dance, jazz dance, hip hop, waacking-vogue, oriental dance, b-boying, latin, strip dance, house dance, ballet, afro dance, kapoeira, acrobatic dance, locking i contemporaries. Fes Dance was born in Barcelona 29 years ago and since then it has been held annually in Barcelona, ​​after the great success achieved the organizers have wanted to expand the experience to other cities being Tarragona one of the chosen ones. On April 23 and 24, the city also arrives for the first time on I National Pole Sport Championship, a harsh combination of several disciplines. The exercises consist of an acrobatic performance with choreography that uses a vertical bar as a working tool. A technique that combines strength, elasticity, balance and rhythm. Nearly 150 athletes from all over Spain will take part in this competition, which is being held for the first time in the city of Tarragona. In its first edition, an influx of about 600 people is expected, including companions, relatives, sports fans and the organization. Finally, on May 13, 14 and 15, the expected returns ANAPRODE National Dance Competition. In its 11th edition, the dance competition is fully consolidated and integrated into the city of Tarragona, which in more than 3 days welcomes more than a thousand candidates and nearly 3.500 visitors.

The National Dance Competition is organized by the National Association for the Support and Promotion of Dance in Spain in collaboration with the National Dance Confederation of France. The competition was born with the aim and desire to promote and enrich the dance studies of amateur and pre-professional dancers. In the ANAPRODE dance competition we find different styles of dance: classical, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, bowling school, stylized dance, flamenco and fusion.

The mission of the dance competition organized by ANAPRODE / CNDF is the dissemination, exhibition and promotion of dance, while encouraging dance exchanges between different cities in Spain and Europe. It is necessary to emphasize the relevance and the trajectory of the contest that arrives at its eleventh edition with a very high participation.
