JANUARY 29 CELEBRATES SCHOOL DAY OF NON-VIOLENCE AND PEACE AT THE CONGRESS PALACE
Once again, the Palau Firal i de Congressos de Tarragona hosts the School Day of Non-Violence and Peace (DENIP) with an educational and festive celebration with different schools in the city.
The celebration was born in commemoration of the death of pacifist leader Mahatma Gandhi (died January 30, 1948). The DENIP event will take place on January 29 at the Palau de Congressos and is part of the commitment of the City Education Project and as an Educating City. For these reasons, work has been done to ensure that the celebration is not only symbolic but also the result of work from the classroom.
